Do all 92-99 h-bodies have the same tire size through those years? For example would a 15 in wheel from 98 fit the same tire as a 15 from a 93 wheel?

It should all be the same underneath yes.

Dad blew the engine on the 93' and wants a 96 or newer h-body with the same tire size. He just got new tires for the 93.
