Tire review- P235/55ZR-17 Pirelli PZero Nero M&*
This tire review will be of interest to the 2+ Bonneville crowd as it is a replacement tire for our stock size. Tire Rack has this tire in this size for a great price of $96 each. The cost for 4 tires delivered to my installer was $466.56.

I realize that this is an Ultra High Performance All-Season tire and will probably not be the best for deep snow but my car, hopefully, will never see deep snow. However the performance for the weather conditions in the Mid-Atlantic region make this a great tire for the price.
I purchased and had the tires installed during the Thanksgiving Holiday week so I have had some use on the tires under normal city driving conditions and the tires are performing better than I imagined.
Our family went to Detroit leaving last Wednesday afternoon and returning on Sunday. The weather was miserable for both the trip up and the trip back. We left Columbia, MD in the afternoon and stopped in Breezewood, PA for dinner around 06:00. It was snowing all the way up. When we arrived in Breezewood there was 3 inches of snow on the ground and an inch of frozen slush on the front of the car. I did not have any slipping and sliding the entire leg of the trip. We were doing better than 60 the entire time.
We left Breezewood for the next leg to Cranberry, PA to spend the night in a hotel. There was not a lot of traffic but the roads were wet and covered with slush, again no problems. The next morning was cold but no snow just sort of wet roads into Ohio and up to Detroit. We drove with no problems and superb handling.
The driving around Detroit was dry for the most part just cold out. If the roads were wet then it was ice.
Coming back on Sunday we hit rain in Toledo then freezing rain right at the Ohio Turnpike. The tires again did the job well. It rained off and on all the way to Pittsburgh with temps from 28 to 32 degrees F. In Pittsburgh the temps climbed up to 44 degrees but we also hit fog, sometimes really dense fog. It continued to rain and be foggy past Hagerstown, MD. From Hagerstown into home the drive was dry.
I have to say the handling and ride, including tire noise is really quite nice. The tires ride nice and handle terrific. There is no excessive road noise from the tires either. It will be hard to beat his tire for performance and price combined. The only thing left is how will the tire perform at 20K, 30K, 40K and beyond. If I get over 40K out of a tire that cost less than $100 each I will be a happy camper.
Now on to the pics of the car with the tires installed.
I hope that if you do not live in a deep snow area of the country that the review was helpful.

I've got the same tires on the same wheels. I'm pretty pleased with them. They're quieter than the Pilot Sports I used to have, and after 25k, they still have lots of good read left on them. I only got 25k out of the pilots before the belts started coming through.

Wow, that'* an incredible price for those tires. For any tire that size and quality.
Wild light set up with those low down fogs.
Clear those front lights and it will look even better.
If you do the fronts, they are easily reversable if you ever want to go back and a snap (literally) to do.

You may want to find out how they handle in deeper snow. Up where you are the winters are worse than down here in MD.

Also I would like to add that I had Pirelli PZero Rossa'* on my car and they were pretty good. They were the stock ones from the dealership. They were soft, not bad traction, but what I LOVED about them, is the turning traction. They were easy to spin on take offs, but in a corner they gripped really well. Great tires for road rally'* that can be Daily driven. And great in the rain. BUT they are summer tires, so no snow. I tested that too :P Let'* just say we had to have 6 people push it up a 200 ft hill and park it for the winter.
