Default Which tips...

Should I get Hedman'* dual angle rolled tips in stainless or the square dual chrome tips that Harofreak00 just got? I've got 92 SSE, BTW. I can't decide.

Are the chrome Hedman'* much more likely to rust than the stainless? The square ones on that site are listed as mild and suggest painting the inside with high temp paint to reduce corrosion. Hedman'* site does not mention this.

The chrome one'*? Hedman has two listings: Stainless and Chrome. The square ones are in chrome and stainless is not mentioned.

I wouldn't go for anything but stainless... even treated chrome tips will still rust eventually (with the constant heat and moisture blasting through the pipes), unless you constantly clean and polish them. Most stainless steel you can even polish up yourself and make it look pretty darn shiny!

Round! Those squares (look like octagons almost) look un natural for exhaust. It'* supposed to circular or oval. The angle cut double rolled tips look more racer then the ghetto bling of the squares to me.

C'mon this isn't the 80s. we have curvy cars!

Being that the cutout in the bumper is rectangular, that is what I was trying to stay with. If I had an SE bumper with no cutouts, it'd be a no brainer for the round stainless.
