Thoughts + things to look for
Ok.. so I'm thinking of going to take a look at a Bonneville for sale.
It'* a 1996 SSEi with all options, recent brakes and tires, certified and e-tested. From the pics it looks like it'* in good condition (no rust visible). It'* from a dealer with a 3-year warranty, and 156,000 Km for -get this- $1,990.00 (CAD).
I'm no expert (which is why I'm asking!), but to me that seems like a pretty good deal, which could be a bad thing. What kind of things should I be on the lookout for in a Bonneville that old for a lower price like that?

A big thing is to check the oil for foam, the oil cap for foam, sludge in the coolant over flow tank and on the cap. The LIM gaskets are about due for a change.
