Default Thoughts on accel wires + tires?

When I put in NGK spark plugs, I'm going to do the wires, just for my own sanity'* sake. I was looking at Accel wires. May I have some opinions on the wires? Good? Bad? Do you reccomend other brands?

Secondly, I'm getting alot of heat from various directions about not waiting until after the winter to get new tires. What tires do people use with thier SSEi'*? What do you like? What sucks? Et cetera. (And yeah, I'm going to get them siped).

Aaron....you have brand new AC Delco wires and plugs on that car. Did I forget to mention?

Willwren said Accel weren't very high quality.

I wouldn't change the plugs or wires (since they have no mileage or time on them) unless there is a problem.

Tires...There was a thread within the last week about tires that was very good and informative. I think it was called "what brand of tires"

Good luck finding places to sipe them.

Down here, we have Discount Tires. They are one of the only ones around my area to offer siping.

Hey, just because he just bought the car from you doesn't mean that he can't do the wires and plugs....maybe it would make him more happy to feel that he did it himself?

Naw Boosty'* watchin my back Handdrumman. He put irridium plugs in my car, which I was just about to replace with regulars... besides, he knows I'm going to be opening up my exhaust and putting a smaller pulley on at some point in the not so distant future, so he reminded me to just hold on to the plugs for then.

Dave..Yellow is accel and red is msd.

The new plugs could be held off on until he was ready to regap them and put them in once. Although I guess he could gap them cooler now and drop them in .
