What'* New for 1992
Earns restyle that swaps stodgy, three-box design theme for flowing lines reminiscent of the Jaguar XJ6. LE trim level dies. 3.8-liter V6 gets five additional horsepower. SSEi has a supercharged V6 worth 205 horsepower and standard traction control. Traction control is optional on other Bonnevilles. ABS is standard on SSE and SSEi; optional on SE with Sport Appearance Package. A passenger airbag is standard on SSEi, optional on SSE. A heads-up display is standard on SSEi and optional on SSE.

If I recall correctly, the Sport Appearance Package was chrome delete (all chrome was replaced with black trim) and beefier lower body cladding than the SE (like the 93+ SLE option), but not as beefy as the SSE/SSEi.
I believe the SLE option in 93 replaced it.

My 1992 SE had that option, but it was a different RPO code. Can't remember, but there was one or two numbers in the code.
The Sport Appearance Package (at least on my 1992 SE) included beefier lower door cladding (extended all the to bottom of door versus just the area with the top two grooves), as well as rocker panel covers, spoiler, power remote trunk release (I just met a girl with a black 1999 SE with a block off plate instead of trunk release button, AM/FM standard radio -no cass or cd, and manual mirrors -this was the most standard B-ville 1992-newer that I have ever seen or heard of).
Anyhow, I bet when JR sees this he'll be able to fill us in on the full package item list.
