Bill the SSEi should have the drivers side and passenger side Visor mirrors light. they are RPO code D64, and D74, as for the connectors you practically have to drop the headliner to get to them...thats the way they are from the factory

Im thinking that either

it was replaced by the previous owner that has the car, and replaced it with one that didnt have the lights

or

it was deleted when the car was ordered

Bill, isn't your passenger'* mirror a completely different shape than the driver'* (or the one I gave you)? That might be out of a Park Ave or Lesabre for all I know.
