I say skip it or buy it only for profit on resale if it is nice enough to.
Focus on college vs having a second project (your case it would be #3 with the Explorer). I am selling my 95 for the sole purpose of covering college expenses, though I regret it, but the 95 can't do as much for my future as college can.
If you're really itching, go check it over, haggle if it'* easily resaleable for a good profit with little or no work beyond detailing.

If I could redirect my check to O'Neil for the Gen V to you John to buy that great parts bin for Gravenge, I would.

There will be others...
I just recently passed on a couple good deals just because I have a lot on my plate right now. The reality being that a project won't get the attention it would require right now.
Point is, unless it'* totally rare or irresistible, pass and finish school. Use your renewed enthusiasm to get back on track with your current Bonne.
