OK, so cc beat me to the punch, but for future reference, you can look up many codes in Techinfo and some not found there can be found using your friend google:
http://www.obd-codes.com/trouble_codes/
It seems a little odd that all those different codes are showing up at once...

Or we could use our Techinfo source.
OBD2 is OBD2
The first two are most likely the same issue. I'd check the cam shaft sensor and ensure it'* clean and plugged in.

Tall, you may have multiple issues, but I would also recommend checking the connections at your PCM. It seems unusual to develop all these issues at once.
Did your CEL/SES light come on anytime prior to having these problems?

It hasn't stalled since it'* been in the garage, but that'* what is was doing when it was stalling. There seems to be no difference in whether at low or high idle.
I know it is not the charging system since it has been tested several times.
The last time it was on a computer I was told the EGR valve and the crank sensor. I have no idea what either of those do, therefore I don't know which one is the more likely culprit.
My father in law did pull and clean the EGR valve but the problem persists.
