taking out my carpet
I need step-by step in depth instructions on how to take the floor carpet out from inside my car. I want/need very in depth so I know I'm not going to break anything. BTW, my car is buckets with a console, no t/c or second start, if that helps. 1993 SLE.

I just did this to my SSEi. I took the carpet to the car wash, sprayed it down with Simple Green, and power washed with just water. Came out looking like new. I also put down landscape plastic over the bolts, in between the seat rails and the carpet to keep it from rusting all over carpet. My carpet was still a little damp when I put it back in.
