Super Tech DEX VI is a GM licensed product sold by Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart buys it from a handful of manufacturers that can produce the fluid. Exxon is one of the bigger suppliers of super Tech lubes, but wal-Mart buys from the lowest bidder than can make the spec.

I have no issues using DEX VI from Wal mart/ Super Tech. I would not use DEX III from any manufacturer as GM unlicensed DEX III and anyone can sell anything and call it DEX III.
