IV been using it sense i got my car, no problems.

I use the full Synthetic one 10W30. 5 Quart $12.87, cant go wrong.

And i use the Wix 51036 oil filter, its the one for the 5.7L 350, same size just longer

I go 4,000 miles sense most Synthetic oil says you can go 5K, but i still dont trust 5K but i do go 4K cuz im also using a oversize Oil filter :(

I would say that how you drive the car is the factor - however, if Sonoma uses Supertech then you should be fine

I have been using Supertech 10W-30 dino oil for a couple years, including when I had my car dynoed at Intense. Just recently I made the switch to Supertech'* full synthetic 10W-30, and have been satisfied with the performance.

I guess that could be said about most all oils. How many times has WalMart changed suppliers for the SuperTech brand?

My buddy has used it in all his vehicles without any issues at all.
My philosophy is as long as you change it, it'* all good. Obviously there is always something better out there, but as long you got oil, you're good.

Well....expand! The thread you posted primarily only focuses on synthetic oils. I only use dino juice.
