Default Sun Visor bracket

Hey experts!. I am replacing a sun visor bracket on the '99 (it has dual visors) and was wondering if anybody knows how to disconnect the vanity mirror wire? I was lucky enough to find a bracket in a salvage yard that is the same dark pewter color, but it didn't have the electric mirror so it had no wire.
Thanks in advance

Please disregard the above post, I figured it out. The wire is stapled to the underside of the headliner, one slight tug and I had about a foot of slack!
thanks anyway.

hahaha, glad you figured it out. I just replaced the exact same piece on my '95 today. I found the disconnect over a foot up in the headliner taped and stapled down.

Of course I still had issues with getting the connections thru the opening. I ended up haveing to disassemble the two prong electrical connecter to get the wires to fit thru. You have this problem too?

Default Yup

Yes I did, but I just cut and spliced the wire!
