Scissor both doors, but have the rear do it "suicide".

So they both go up in the middle of the car....

I saw an ep of Monster Garage where they put suicide doors on a cop car.... they were expensive as hell.

It was really difficult too.... I don't think it'* worth the cost to do it to our Bonnies.
Also they removed the B pillar.... or modified it... either way.... too expensive and I don't really like the effect.
