Default Suggestions for mod

I am getting bored and was thinking of a good ideas for some mods. Unfortuantely, I don't know what I want to do with it. Below the radio, where the BOSE and GAIN slider would be, I have nothing. Just a plain black surface. I want to do something with that gap, I am just not sure what. I was thinking clock, digital compass, or even a small LCD. I think an LCD would be sweet there, but expensive, and clearance would be an issue. Anyone got any ideas on what I can do to make that gap my own? I was thinking and LCD display (not like a tv screen, like a used for displays on stuff that shows two lines of text if you can tell what I'm talking about, but I don't know what it would display.) Nav system would be unreal, way too expensive though. Was gunna do gauges, but I have nothing to monitor really. Any ideas? Thanks. This is the best shot of the area I'll be working with, just with a trim piece in place. And I've got an extra one to tinker with incase I mess up.

Aeroforce scan gauge. That'* the same location I put my boost gauge for my 95, so I know for a fact it'll fit.

Good idea, but damn expensive. I don't see the point in a 220 dollar gauge, when my cars not out there for performance. I could see some analog gauges, but I'm not feeling the aeroforce right now. I could do a dvd and lcd system for half that.

its not for performance....its for monitoring data....there are a bunch of things that you can do with that thing....and Analog Gagues just cant compare....

That scan gauge is a scantool. Pure and simple. It'll even report codes.

Well let'* say I don't have 220 dollars for this mod, what would be next?

Ryan: Love your sattellite radio mod, but my headunit has XM built in, and I have an iPod.
