Default Stupid question

As I am new to Pontaic I have a question.
If a SSE has all these options:
6 cyl 3.8 L Supercharged Engine--Air Conditioning
Alarm System --Aluminum/Alloy Wheels
AM/FM/Cassette Audio System --Anti-Lock Brakes
Automatic 4-Speed Transmission(Performance and Normal Shift)--Automatic Load
Leveling
Automatic Climate Control--Cruise Control
Dual Front Air Bag Restraints--Fog Lights
Headlight Washers--Heads-Up Display
Keyless Entry System--Leather Seats
Leather Steering Wheel--Lighted Entry System
Overhead Console--Power Antenna
Power Brakes--Power Door Locks
Power Driver and Passenger Seat(9 way adjustable)--Power Mirrors
Power Steering--Power Windows
Rallye Gauges--Rear Spoiler
Rear Window Defroster --Remote Trunk Release
Tilt Steering Wheel--Traction Control System
Power Moonroof
------------------------------------------------------------------
What is the dirrerence between this SSE to a SSEi??????

Oops. You got me.

A SC SSE might not have a boost gauge on the dash. Voltmeter instead. So the Boost gauge and the door/trunk lid badges. There'* your difference! You can get a SC SE, too. We have 2 of them here now, and another member has an Uncle with one. Rare cars.

well heres what happened...
I was going to finace a 94 SSEi till I found out it didnt have a sunroof.
I am in the process of sellin my Harley snap-on toolbox which I should be getting about 6k for.
I really want a SSEi with all the options(tour/shift)
So i saw that SSE posted and really could not tell the difference from a SSEi
evem the fog lights are in the same place.
SO the bottom line is I am on the lookout for a 93-95 SSEi black on black prefered
Thanks for the info guys

Looks like you got a good one!

There are a few things you don't mention like the variable assist power steering, twilight sentinel, or leather. Possibly differences. I think leather was an option on the 92 SSEi.

The only other things I can think of are options on the SSEi too, like the moonroof and CD player, depending on the year.

Hummm.. good point.. maybe something John SSEI94 wants to look into. Or maybe hope that your insurance guy is a DUMB *** !!! hee hee.. kiddin. Well what happens then if it was originally with N/\ motor and previous owner changed to an */C'd motor ( and transmission?? How'd they know bout that, or to confirm? ) for whatever reason.. then you get into a frontal accident that requires a new engine.. would they have to give you the L67 or the N/a'd ( from insurance perspective )

Did you actually see the car? Or was it a dealer ad/option list? Some dealers get it wrong. Run the VIN, that is the only way to know for sure if the car had the 3800 */C from the factory. Also see if the SPID sticker calles out the SSE or SSEi package.
