I stripped my left/right adjuster. Can I replace just the adjuster or would I need an entire new headlight bracket?

Bandit did a nice little thread about pulling them apart, cleaning and JB'in back together. Probably your best bet.

cuz after rebuilding mine, there is no, NO! way you can strip the gears inside, unless your He-Man, or Supper Man

yup, you can get a new part and just take the adjuster apart just like in my link above Boosty posted.
