Are you asking "what is stall speed?" Or, "what is the stall speed on my torque converter?"

If the latter, that'* going to depend on your mods (according to your sig only an intake, shouldn't change it much) and your gearing...what gear ratio have you got?

If the former, maybe start by Googling "stall speed."
