It'* like four bolts for the big lights and two or three for the little ones. Just make sure you put the wires into them AFTER you put them into the car or you'll have to take them back out to change out the bad brake bulb you just noticed

will any year 92-99 ssei tail lights fit? or does it have to be 95?

Probably, due to the shape of the lights. Speaking of which, sometime this summer, the PONTIAC on mine will be a light.
