Default SSE SC vs. SSEi

What are the differences between a SSE SC and an SSEi?

I've searched older threads here and couldn't find much on these two specific trim levels.

I've got EVERYTHING but traction control, heated windshield, block heater, and CD player. May there be a suspension difference? I don't know.

In theory, if you're willing to pay for it (and they still made 'em) you can get an SE with pretty much all the SSEi features, you just don't get the package deal. You also don't get the car right away, because they have to custom build it.

Like I said, in theory. I ain't exactly got tons of experience in buying brand new cars....

there is really no difference, now you all must realize that you could only get the SSE SC in 92 and 93. you could get everything in a SSE SC that you could get in a SSEi. the SSE after 93 was only available in the NA form. the idea is that the SSE was supposed to have everything that the SSE does except the L67 in the years after 93. In 92 and 93 was the experrimental years with Pontiac.......

About the only option you couldn't get with the SE was the HUD and outer cladding/front fascia.

Most SC SSE'* are not fully loaded. All SSEi'* are by default.

well yes and no...there are alot of things that a SE dosent have....for example....in 95 you could get the L67 and the CCR/ELC in a SE/SLE. That was the only year that the CCR/ELC was avilable in a SE/SLE. and 95-96 you could get the L67 in the SE/SLE but the CCR/ELC was not available in 96+ SE/SLE
