He came over and we tackled some much needed matinance on the white bonneville i just bought. We did a 180 stat, autolight 605 plugs, and cleaned the throttle body and all the sensors. I have to say the idle is soo much smoother, i notice a little more throttle response and the car has alot more power off the line. I also gutted the airbox before don arrived. I have to say to me, the car feels much stronger but we will see if there is an improvement at the track. Next up is some Belden plug wires and probably an 02 sensor.

Always nice to have a buddy help. I thought there wasn't anything to gut on a 95 airbox, just those funky noise chambers hanging all over the sides.

There is 1 insert on each side of the airbox. Each insert has a hole through it about the size of a half dollar. So the air enters a half dollar size hole goes through that into the air filter then into another half dollar sized hole then to the throttle body. So i took out both inserts and cut a hole in the front. So now the air enters the whole airbox and has no restrictions.

Nevermind me.....I am an idiot. '95 NA got the "new" airbox, while the SCed versions retained the older style. Two totally different chunks of plastic. Sorry for wasting your time TJ (and Vince for getting your hopes)
Don, it is great that you and TJ have the opportunity to hang out and help each other. You guys are awesome.
