Sold my Bonneville today. I will (continue to) miss that car. Maybe I will get another some day. At least it is going to be put to good use! The motor and trans are going to resurrect a 98 that had rod knock. And the guy that bought it is coming back to get my 1.9'* in a couple weeks. He mentiond rebuilding the bad motor and something about a cam as well. I guess the Bonneville Mod Bug was a package deal with the car!

Sorry to hear it'* gone, but maybe now you'll have room in your stable for another one to replace it.

Did you tell the guy you sold it to about BC? Will we see him on here?

I'm kind of glad its gone. It has just been sitting there waiting for me to have time to do something with it. Now it will be put to good use.

I assumed he knows about BC because he works with crash93ssei. He must like the cars, he picked up a 95 (I think it was 95?) for a DD until he gets the 98 together!

That is what I thought at first too, but he is swapping my motor into his car (which has a bad motor) and the 1.9'* would be going into it. Then he is considering rebuilding his bad motor and putting a cam into that one. I did tell him you can't do 1.9'* and a cam in the same motor.

How much did you end up getting for it?
