What? no way is he right, My strict advice is not to say another word to him. Shut up and let him make the next move, it will fade like his memory.

Pdad'* advice is very sound. Don't say another word. If he actually gets an attorney, it'll be useless. It'* the buyer'* responsibility to verify mileage (actually LOOK at the odomoter and understand what it says).

Thats a sweet deal.
talking about the differences between the edmonton market, and the calgary market...
My 3/4ton avalanche was traded between dealers to get up here, from classic chev in calgary...
My newest -to be(hopfully)- vehicle is in calgary... but I dont think i can go down there for some time...

He phoned me today, I spoke with him. He called me a liar two or three times over the phone, I simply and calmy told him not to put words in my mouth, that its simply retarted that he thinks I told him 25,000 kms. I asked him if he can read numbers. He told me most odometers are in ten thousands, in that case mine would read 53,450 instead of 253,450. Its very rare to see an odometer in KMS reading in 10 thousands. I told him if it did, it would have a decimal to show the 1/10ths, which it does, on the tripometer. He also complains it handles like a heavy duty truck, with huge suspension, only lowerd down. Okay, his opinion is that, mine is, it handles very nicely, much like a Bonneville should. He then threatend me, saying im trying to fruad him. He should think twice befor threatening a person who is under age. Maybe I will bring this up if we speak next time, also telling him to stop calling me, I don't want to buy his car.

I've been the buyer of person to person several times, and according to MN law, unless you lied on the title transfer, he'* stuck. I've been screwed on this a couple of times (not saying that you are in anyway screwing this guy over, don't get me wrong), and I've had a couple of folks work with me some.

Sounds to me like he is regretting an impulse buy, and trying to bully you into undoing it. That'* crap. It'* not like he didn't have the chance to test drive it, or just walk aeay til later. Let him threaten all he wants. Unless there'* a dealer sign on your garage, there'* no warranty, implied or otherwise.... (Unless Canadian laws are stupid)
