OK! OK! OK!

I'll stay, even though I'll be bonnie-less. I'll at least have two Chevy'* in the drive way (we wont count the VW in the garage!)

As for de-modding. I don't know what I am going to do; the dealership that I am going to trade it in as actually owned by a friend of mine. I asked him if I should remove what mods I've done and he said he does'nt care. The remarketable mods (excluding stereo which I am keeping, may sell the sub w/AMP or put in the VW) would be limited to the Thrasher CAI, Jet Power Control Module, Angel Eye driving lights and some interior and exterior neons (neon pedals too). I guess it would have to be worth my while to go through the effort.

The pontiac has 97,000 miles on it, and while it currently does not have any problems, I can not afford to pay a hefty repair bill (and let'* face it, at this point it will be hefty) plus a car payment. The Chevy will have the balance of the factory warranty, plus an extended warranty, and the monthly payment will be less. A good chunk of my driving is interstate so the increased MPG in highway mode will benefit me. The cargo capacity is great in a car with that MPG - and price ($13K - 2005 w/18K miles; LS).

The engine in the Maxx is a 3.5L v6. I guess becuase of the weight and transmission it is actually slightly quicker than a stock SE - side by side here, still can't find the speed info...

I have said this so many times: I love this forum! I will continue to stick around, at least that way when some of you 99'ers and below upgrade to 00'* and up I can impart my knowledge!

Thanks for the warm welcome and the even warmer "you're not getting out of here that easy" posts!

Too bad there is'nt a bonneville wagon!

Hmmm, that could be cool. Some badass rival for the Magnum.

I see you made it over to my forum. Like I said on there, I doubt you will ever stop coming here too.
