So Jealous but might be a good opportunity
Well im in a difficult time in life... been on unemployment for a year now and also on probation for a DUI. Probation is very expensive. I lost my last bonneville so i had to sell my Raptor 660 and other belongings to buy my present Bonneville. but have had lots of issues with it. I bought the car mainly for my girlfriend so she can get to collage.
well the other day my girlfriends parents went out and dropped $7200 for a 2004 Grand Prix GT2 for my girlfriends sister. she just has to make the payments to them. it was really hard on me that im trying to do well and provide for my girlfriend like i should but they helped out her sister like that.
BUT i guess they said that they will help us out to when i get a job(waiting for a call on monday for a job offer).
So you all know what i want! a new Bonneville! i would like a 1999 SSEI but they wont help us if its that old of a car so i guess ill have to suffer with a 2002 or newer Bonnie, lol. But her dad isnt going to agree with me on the whole Supercharger thing. But thats what i want.
Im jealous of her sister, i dont want to like the car but... its a nice car. Heated leather, gen 3 3800, HUD, power sunroof, ect. I just hope she wrecks it or looses her job so she cant pay for it. Does that make me a bad person? ill answer that. Yes it does. but her sister is a huge spoiled bitch. I hope i get this job. I wont be jealous if a have a new Bonnie!

Agreed. My first car was given to me and I beat the crap out of it. I baby my Bonne though which I am making payments on.

If you are buying a car through your girlfriends Mom and Dad, that'* a business arrangement. Let'* say that the arrangement is for 3 years for pay back. What happens if you and the girlfriend break-up?
I think what would be best is, get that job, save some money for a down payment on the car YOU want and then get a loan for the balance from a bank. You need to build up credit and you don't need a business arrangement with a person.
Don't be jealous of others, that makes you more intent on worldly possessions in life rather than living your life as one can with the important things in life - family, friends and no regrets.

one problem though, if its possible to have a credit score in the negitives, mine is! cant get financed or approved for a loan. and its impossible to save up enough to buy a car with cash
