Pontiac first came out with these two wheels on 1970'* Firebirds and I was interested for arguments sake of knowing how Pontiac identified them. Can anyone remember for sure?

We're only talking about 1970'* Firebirds. Only these two wheels. Does anybody know for sure what Pontiac named these two wheels?

honeycombs were used from 1971 to 1976 on multiple models. They were also called "poly casts" due to the polyurethane face being molded directly to the front of the steel wheel. Early models were also offered in a 14" size. Then in 1977 the aluminum snowflakes were used both in a 15x7 and 15x8.

I still own the original honeycombs off my 76 Trans Am. It was a cool idea back then but the poly is known to crack and they are freakin' heavy.
