I was going to suggest that too Kyle.

I'm also wondering if maybe his O2 sensors could be the problem, even though they are AC Delco. They are both new. :?

Custom, is the smell coming out of the vents too? :?

can't smell it out of the vents on my car, but on the bonneville you can. YOu can only smell it when you're stopped though.
