Rogue'* right..... I went w/ a FWI for my 91 and I'm really happy with it... so I'm going FWI for my 97.... I'm doing a custom job.... or you can go with the INTENSE kit.

If you don't feel comfortable doing a FWI, I suggest sticking with the rice pipe.

Would the intense FWI kit fit on an 87-91?

But anyway, let us know what happens. When I do my intank I will probably just stick to the rice pipe as well...

SLP intake=VERY nice........sounds alot like my Bonnes setup when its at low RPMs and under light throttle, but to qoute a friend of mine "Man that thing screams like he** when your on it" The good thing is its not as intrusive with the windows up. However it is designed for the W bod'*. Check to see if there is a hole where air can get in in the LF inside fender, if there is make sure it matches closely with the ones on the side of the intake, and yer set.....I will tell you that getting the clips in at the bottom may be a chore because it was for me and my cars IS a W Bod. The best part about it IMO is the fact that it looks to all see'ers (is that a word?) like a stock air box. I cant tell you how many times ive popped my hood and asked someone to tell me what ive done under the hood. There ussually like "Uh did you drop in a filter?".....only once have I had someone say "Look at that tiny a** pulley" LOL (he was a GP guy with a stock 97 GT.....poser!)

anyways I hope these pics help in yer decision
