Default should i save her ?

went and looked at a 92-95 SSEi today and she is in rough shape to say the least but it is a great foundation to start with mine was rough when i got it and she turned out great it needs a hood, drivers side mirror, left rear door, rite rear small window, ans some other small stuff aswell as maby a trans or motor it has sat in the same spot for over a year now so i could probubly have it for a song in side is in good shape still except the air bag looks like some one tryed to pry it out of the wheel AL7'* tan inside and black out side

side note all black cars i have had in the past have been in some way or another not rite in a good way like factory freaks the 95 Tbird was no exception till it gave its self for my wife due to some one running a stop sighn in front of her on the high way
that thing with a 3.8 would keep up with my friends 4.6 and it was not a pooch either

so what do you think should i go for the cheep project and save a SSEi from the strip and crush show ?

I wouldn't bother. It'* so much easier to find one that doesn't have all those problems, -and those are cheap too. For better or worse, depending on how you look at it, Bonnevilles don't hold their monetary value very well. I look at this as a good thing, because it means you can get a lot of car for not a lot of money. But it also means they don't make for very good financial investments. So if you want to buy a car that you can restore and sell for a profit, a Bonneville is not your best choice. If you want to buy a car that doesn't cost much but has much the same creature comforts and performance of vastly more expensive cars, a Bonneville is a great choice. But unless you're just looking for a project to dump a lot of money in, just to get the car up to the shape that you could already buy one in for less; I wouldn't bother.
