Definitely do it, what would your other option be, put another L36 into it. I always upgrade after I break something.
To do the swap properly, you will need the L67, 4T65e HD, PCM, Harness, axles, and either the fuel pump and brainbox (for lack of a better term) out of an SSEi, or a Walbro Fuel Pump. Also keep in mind that your flexplate from the L36 won't work on the torque converter off of the L67 and vice versa.
Otherwise you can just swap the motor, but you will have to have the PCM reflashed for the tranny if you want the shift points right. BTW- Good luck finding a VIN# that will work for that.
Also you will have to switch over your motor mounts, and fuel lines (from an SSEi), or just steal the fuel line clips off of the L36 UIM and put them on the L67 fuel rail.
