Default Short Vid of Exhaust for Turbo

I've been working on getting the modeling for our Turbo setup done, had to ditch the twins for a single Bullseye Power S366XL due to space constraints (Trust me I tried everything I could think of to squeeze two small turbos under the hood) But this turbo is perfect for the motor and will do just as well.

I am going to try to get a time dependent analysis done next (simulate flow from one cyl at a time through one revolution instead of static flow from all cyls at once) and start adding the exhaust post turbo next.

Anyway here'* the link!

Working on boosting the vid quality but solidworks wont let me boost the res. . . . .

Looks very cool. Can't wait to see the finished product.

What would the flow look like if you increased the exhaust manifold diameter slightly after each cylinder - so that each cylinder is dumping into a slightly large outlet. Not really big, but like 1/8" to 1/4" diameter after cylinder 3 and 4 and another 1/8" to 1/4" after 5 and 6.

Nice! You've got me looking at graphics cards in a completely different way. I was unaware solidworks performs better on workstation cards until we had our little chat.

I'm not really sure, the manifolds in the render are ZZP Plogs front and rear, so I rendered them straight. I will render the stepped ones and take a look.
