Default Shipping damaged struts?

My new Reflexs came today to my parents' house. I haven't been to see them, but my mom says the boxes were pretty beat up, and at least one came completely apart and is held together with tape. Anyone know what the exact contents should be of Monroe Reflexs so I can make sure everything is still there? Should I be worried that the struts could be damaged?

Should only be the struts and 2 large nuts. If you're short one, I have an extra for you.

As long as there'* no dents, you should be ok. Can't wait to hear your impressions after you put them on. Mine were a phenomenal change.

Matt, if you want them, get them now while you still can. You can always sell them later if you need to.

I worship my Reflex'* daily.

As I told Matt on MSN, I found some variable rate coils for my Malibu, and I am going with the KYB GR-2 struts, I am also putting new strut mounts on, considering I have over 163,000kms on the OEM suspension.

I will start with the rear then do the front. The rear is the only problem right now(sagging). Unless anyone thinks I should do front and rear at the same time.

Do them at the same time, then get an alignment.

Well, they lost one instruction sheet and one nut off one of the fronts. So I only got 3 of the 4 nuts I need. Any chance you can send me your spare, Bill?

Packages included (when complete):
Strut
Nut
Instruction sheet
