I have a 1993 Bonneville SE as shown in the picture below. What is different about the front bumper/air dam than on other 1993'*?

Your grill is the 92/3 SE. SLE'* in 93, and all 94/5 cars got a honeycomb one.

BonneMeMn, you were very close. It has a 1996 air dam and and bumper, because we got in a wreck after they quit making the 1993 style bumpers. the only bad thing about the new air dam and bumper is that it is hard to put it on ramps because there isnt much clearence. oh well, i like the new bumper. in that wreck we also got a new hood and paint job.
