You have VATS. All Bonnevilles do, and it is tied to the Security light.
All SSEi'* and some SSE'* have the full-blown factory ALARM in addition. If I take my key out, leave the window down, wait a few minutes, then open the door, my car alarms. It'* passive-arming.

Yup, my car has an advanced security system. Don't hit you're car too hard, it'll start honking. VATS, yes thats it. It says " honk honk, only you can smoke rice and no one else.
