Go figure, my service manual refers to the relay but doesn't show it'* location. but if I had to guess I would say under the glove box down in the foot area. Remove the panels and you should see the relays and fuses.

Large relays are in the maxifuse block under the hood. Small ones are either in the driver-side or passenger-side fuse panels as Dan described.
