Stay out of dark parking lots, you jinxed me.
The Bon got to ride on the back of an F-350 tonight, yup it died again. I called a friend who was at the mall and we drove down to Wal-Mart and bought some jumper cables, went back to my car, tried jump stating it but even with his battery hooked up to it I just got a lovely solenoid click. Sat in his truck for 45 minutes waiting for a tow and when the guy got there he said he just got back from towing a Bonneville. Went down to Pontiac and filled out the Early Bird dropoff crap and said check the starter motor and battery-no start. Hopefully I'll have my car back by Monday. :(

Maybe you got a current drain? Electrical antennas can do this, so can ELC, and some other stuff...

That might be it, but with the engine not even trying to turn over when connected to another battery and getting a good volt reading it doesn't seem all that likely.
It may be the Pass Key II (VATS) system again. I was having problems with that a month or so ago and that would certainly explain why the engine doesnt even try turning over, but the battery didn't have the normal green light so that doesn't seem likely either.
When Pontiac figures out whats wrong I'll be sure to relay it here, but I don't expect them to even look at it until Monday at the earliest, which is unfortunate since I start my new job Monday. Awe well, at least my bike can't have electrical malfunctions.
