I'd love that...I'll have to go to a real track like Norwalk one day.

Todd would get me I'm sure but I think I'd close the gap from what it is now . I'm at 21* timing with a 2.8" pulley on 91 octane now...wonder what it would do with some real fuel

Cheers,

since there is all this talk of racing, I think that we should mention that the streets is not the place to do it and that there is drag racing at the national meets comming up this summmer, and it would be a great place for people to battle it out safely.

ok then ill take on you with my allmighty 3.06
Oh buddy, I have the very important 3.06 and ORIGINAL plugs/wires. I'll race ya. But Boosty has to stand in the middle to get us started.
I've got a 3.06, and the less restrictive PCM (to my understanding, the 95 pcm was less restricting in regards to performance stuff) than the 96+ series II .. i'd win

plus i believe 95 was the lightest model year.

lets go

Amen. And with me fighting some very hard expensive tickets and loss of license, I'm throwing in the towel. But safe..... for the public yes, but i've seen some awfully bad wrecks at the track even in novice classes. It is not a safe sport.

edit dang it eric ya beat me to the post

I'd like to see Greenzilla vs. my GP GT or the SSEi, based on everything I've seen about that car, both of those would likely be a good race.

Or Rogue vs. the GTP. Should be a close race if the GTP is full weight.

after i thought about it for a while i finally narrowed it down to one member that id like to race:

Custom 88 in his Aurora

Same engine, same gearing, different trans, he'* more modded than I am but I think hes also slightly heavier, in other words I think it would be a darn good race.

HA! Finally someone has a dose of reality. That'* right where I expect to run, Shawn. Mid-14'*. Many people forget that the 92/93 SSEi'* began life as mid-high 15-second cars. My car is a laboratory. Not a speed demon.
