Default Question on a fuel pump.

What would be the difference between a GM pump for a 98 LSS and my 93 SSEI? I am first in line for the one that Waller is selling in the FS section. I looked up a Carter for mine and one for the 98 and found that they are different. The cross reference on the 98 LSS Carter gives me 96-99 Bonneville, 97-99 LSS, and 96 PA. Will this one work or would it not be worth it? Thanks.

There are differences, while I'm unsure it could be a connector, flow rate, pressure rating or any number of sizing changes. Maybe the way it sits on the sender.
