Wouldn't higher altitude have lower octane ratings for cleaner air?

I know in Colorado we had 85, 87 and I think 91<---- Highest we had...

you are corect 85 87 and the best at the pump is 91 can u guess what i use

Their is gas station about 7 miles from house that sells 105 octane , put in my corsica for before it went to thr crusher. The corsica had wicked rust problems on the frame it was only 94. IT was fun.
