Default Programming keyless entry?

Hey, all. As you know I cracked up my 98 SSEi, and just picked up a 96 SSEi, but it was missing the keyless entry remotes. The dealer can program my 98 remotes for the 96, but I KNOW this knowledgable staff can help me save the $40 to do it myself.... How do I program my 98 fobs to work on my 96?

Yes. On the hush panel above your shins while you sit in the go-fast seat.

I didn't use a fused wire. Just bent one horseshoe shaped and carefully inserted it into the terminals. Be careful and make sure you get the right terminals and you should be OK.

Funny as hell! I programmed the new car, both cars were in my barn, now BOTH cars chirp and flash the lights. Although it'* sad to see the 98 only flash the one good headlight.... Thanks for the help gents!
