I've been told up here, the cleaner you keep your windows, the less they will frost up. Frost is basically frozen dew, and with less on the glass for it to cling to, the less it can accumulate. I have yet to test/prove this theory, tho....

i know the new buicks have heated washer flood but thats beside the point.

you could jimmy rig up your own heated fluid by just doing like mos said and running extra hose on the radiator hose, but the problem with that is you would still have to wait for the car to warm up, so you might as well just use the defroster...

Rain-x washer fluid helps a bit with snow and frost for sure, but it still can freeze. It'* supposed to help prevent snow and sleet from sticking too.

Two coats of liquid glass on the windshield. Cure them with a hairdryer, if you can't bake 'em in the sun for a few hours. It'* best to claybar the glass first.

Like Keyser Soze..... poof..... and I'm gone.

I've seen cardboard uesd. If it is a daily problem, a remote start investment may be worth it. I am glad I did.

I've been searching for a while, at least since the Buick ads about heated fluid, for some sort of small, 12volt immersion heater. There'* gotta be something out there that you could tie into the system to heat the fluid.

Or, someone could keep an eye out at the JY for newer Buicks....
