My vote is for 4, of these choices. What I would like to see is something lke this though...

ofcourse, the .com would be the same size and font, or maybe keep it the samller size to show that it is a web-site but keep the feel of the club. Either way I think adding the dot.com would be a good touch. And, definitely go with the W127 shirt. Also, it woulfd be great if we could place orders by father'* day, that way it would be easy to talk the wife into spending money.

What is the extra cost for a Red Arrowhead?

i liked #4, but i think a red arrowhead would be HAUT!

Probably could actually be embroidered that way, but just like screen printing, more colors = more money
