Default Power Steering Pump

How hard should my power steering pump pully be to turn. Mine is hard to turn at first, but then lossens up.

It shouldn't be too tight. I know mine isnt. Maybe someone else can correct me if I'm ong but i think it should turn freely.

What is the condition of your fluid? Is your steering sloppy at high speeds?

Fluid is good.. I've done the bleed the air out of the system trick. Steering seems fine... I do get i pretty good whine from it when acceleration out of a turn.
