Summary of the bigger problems:

Brake Rotors Warped: 17,489 miles
Accessory Belt: 17489 miles
PCM Died: 21,563 miles
Driveshaft broke: 35,523 miles
Brake Rotors Warped: 35,523 miles
Transmission Died: 42,512 miles
Steering Position Sensor: 42,512 miles
Heated Seats Died: 63,766 miles
Intermediate Shaft: 63,766 miles
Right Tie Rod: 63,766 miles
Wheel Bearing: 72,815 miles
Hood bubbing fixed: 107k ish miles
Oil Sender Unit: 117k ish miles

Interestingly enough, my car has never had the rear window regulators replaced, also I'm sure its time for LIM gaskets. Shocking the transmission failed with only 42k, just out of warranty, that had to suck.

So if you have one of these sheets on your car, post it. I believe the dealer will give you a similar sheet, it looks like mine was taken off a website which no longer exists.

Oil pump went at 62K on my 97

Looking at the brakes, half shaft and the transmission replacements, I'd say the car had a hard driver.

What do you mean the website doesn't exist?

https://www.autopartners.net/

You need a GM Employee Login though.

Or you could login through Dealerworld.com. But that also needs a GM employee id too.
