The only stock fav of mine would have to be the dash display on my se.(looks like christmas every night) and my fav aftermarket would have to be my sony CDX-f7000 Cd player.

Hmm... Stock like from the factory? 'Cause I love my rims... Or stock like it came from a different car? 'Cause I love my new SSE tails.
Aftermarket, I love the cheapie Bulldog Alarm I got, I rewired it to only flash the parking lights and tap the horn when I hit the button, No alarm, I hate those...

Stock has to be the High flow exhaust, and the Twillight Sentinel. You dont even know how many times i have herd "do you know that you left your lights on??" and I replay they off automatically

Stock - toss up between remote entry and automatic headlights

Aftermarket - Remote start. Although for me, it came with the car, so it'* almost stock

Ohhh man I forgot about the keyless entry! Thats a definite MUST have....I hate fumbling for keys to open a car now

Remote start is up there too. Gotta get one of those next Fall before the winter.
