Yea im gonna try and get them next week because they are kinda of costy! I could get a fresh tune-up for that price but seeing howi know how to do it myself what else is there to do with $100 dollars lol! But yea, they are double sided with 3m tape. There'* no need to cut an hole in the fender itself

Hmmm, I don't want to discourage anybody, but those portholes look fake.

How can something be called a "porthole" if it is not actually a hole. If I was you, I'd get my cutting equipment out. The thing is, that overtime, they can get dirty, and look gray instead of black. You can only reach the color of the darkness with the hole.

The other point is... portholes are not just for "looking cool". Buick claims that it improves engine compartment airflow. That is why they came back on the 2004 Buick Park Avenue Ultra Sedan after 20 years!

So, think about it.....
