Default Poor Service at Dealership??? Wasn't sure where to post this

i think this was poor service but i would like a second opinion . . .

i took the car in for some problems: driver window motor broke (it made an awful cracking noise), vibration in front (had this problem supposedly fixed before), had them change that intemediate shaft issue we have. they fixed the window motor, replaced some bushings in the front end, replaced the shaft. here are where my problems start, i had to call the dealership to find out the status of my car several times, i had to point out the fact (of which i warned the service tech about that i had window tint and it might be scratched) my window was scratched - then once i pointed it out the service tech was supposed to check on the warranty covering the damage as it was caused by the broken motor, finally - i had to ask for my car to be washed (yeah, i know this may be nitpicking on this last one, but i have had other dealerships do this as a courtesy). all of this was warranty work. i still have not heard from the dealership on the window tint. i want some opinions on how to handle this. i am very disappointed with their customer service - not calling me especially.

what do you all think?

Try a different dealer

It is hit and miss sometimes. If your warranty is 3rd party you may be able to take it wherever you want and have it fixed.

If it'* a Pontiac (or GM in general) dealership, file a complaint with Pontiac Customer service either by phone or via their website. If you have no resolution within 48 hours, PM me with the claim numbers, your first and last name, and your contact phone numbers. I'm getting quite good at this.
