A BLAZER? Please. Folks, let'* remember they're geared like a TRUCK. And they're HEAVY. Yes, I'm a fan of the 4.3, as I've owned 3 (one in a truck, one in a blazer, one in a boat), but they're not built for what our cars were built for.

Yes, even a Blazer, if built right can be fast, but who would want to? Gimme a break. I almost (stress on the almost) got my *** handed to me last night by a Dodge Shadow. Yup. No kidding. But the telltale evidence were open headers below the rocker panels.....in the quantity of 4 on each side. You do the math. If it hadn't been for those, I wouldn't have bothered.

I don't race SUV'* or minivans. It'* a case of 'picking on someone my own size'. That'* like posting kills of VW beetles and mopeds. 94'* kill was typical of an encounter with an SUV or van. They can't hang. In his case, I'd have done what he did, but only because I was provoked.

I doubt seriously he would even look twice at a Blazer revving an engine at a stoplight.

You're right Will, I'd only laugh at a Blazer if one revved at a red light next to me. I've stopped racing easy kills at lights because it isn't worth it. The only easy kill I always race is my brother because he always thinks he can beat me, even though he loses every time.

I tend to show up losers when they provoke me by hanging on my a$$. I wanted to go 70 the whole way to Binghamton to save gas, but I always seem to find those a$$es who can't stay of mine.

But my main reason for this post was the fact he flipped me off too! I was laughing so hard when I saw that

Good advice, Galaxy. That'* what I'm doing right now......like a madman. Doc sez I can't have any food or water after midnight, so I'm tanking until 11:59:59.

Under the knife at 11 tomorrow. If I drink enough, do you think I'll still be blitzed by then?

Will good luck on that surgery. Drink enough now and maybe you won't need to be put under.

No this was 81 South this time. Whole different world. A lot of curves and hills, and much higher elevation. I was cruising on curves at 100. I had too much fun.
You had fun too huh?
