No i sure havent. Lets start here when the car was running it ran great until you rolled the windows down then the car would lose rpms and die, but start up instantly after a week of this it started taking longer and longer to start. Now wont start at all and no power to fuel pump but I get power to the gas gauge.

Either you have a short or a bad PCM or BCM

I believe that the BCM is body control module but what is the PCM

Powertrain Control Module.


Man, that car has a lot of electical gremlins from the sounds of it..

If I have time at work tomorrow, ill print up some wiring diagrams to look at.

something is screwing with the signals.. I don't think that the BCM controls the power to the fuel pump, But I could be wrong.


Did the car recently get really wet ??

Try checking the plugs on the BCM and PCM to check for corrosion

My guess is you have a problem there. Or your Bus Line in the dash is shorting out

wow man this is killing me and my job do i have to take the dash out to check the bus line in the dash where is the pcm located at

Well first off I want you to look into the BCM I am not 100% sure on the PCM location BXX will know

Just look at the obvious first maybe the plug in the BCM has come loose I have seen stranger

ok BCM connections are good and no loose wires in the plug
