Default People staring at Badges

I notice a high number of people at an intersection or something staring at the SSEi badge..I mean a long hard stare at least 10 seconds lol. I just fine it funny for some reason. I mean I understand out of 100,000 or so people in the area it is one of 2 sseis, but still its just a bonneville with a SS badge.

If I had one maybe na, I do however get a lot of attention with the "Bonneville" emblems on the rear pillars, I've even spawned a couple of copy-cats.

I notice it when I'm sitting at red lights and people look over casually and take off normally. I can't seem to get any light to light action in this small town :(
